Altermis began his musical journey in 2020, heavily influenced by video games and doujin music.

He specializes in blending expressive string-driven melodies with high-energy electronic production, pairing orchestral textures with futuristic, bass-heavy drops. While his earlier works leaned strongly into intense electronic styles, he has recently begun exploring new genres more actively, embracing experimentation as part of his creative growth. Through ongoing exchanges with fellow producers, artists and DJs in online music communities, he continues to expand his stylistic range and refine his cross-genre approach.

His music has appeared in rhythm games such as "Rotaeno" and "vivid/stasis", as well as compilation albums including "HARDCORE UTOPIA" and "Techcore Horizon".

Altermis is a resident DJ at Kerabu Komplex, an IRL event showcasing genres often excluded from mainstream Malaysian venues, performing alongside cyndaquil, Tsukigi.R, Midori, Mulan Theory, Project Skylate, x-Decade (aka pyaniX), Harith Spicy, Kaycee and Bryty.
He is also the founder of Maritime Collective, a Southeast Asian doujin label established together with Tsukigi.R, dedicated to growing and connecting the regional doujin scene.
